Orders Not Getting Filled

When your bot places an order, it will start at the mid-market price (mark for short). This is a good opening price. The bot will wait a bit and then it will cancel and replace the order if it wasn't filled.

The new price will be adjusted down toward the bid for sell orders or up toward the ask for buy orders. The amount of room that the bot has to move the order depends on a couple of configuration settings:

• Sell Order Offset
• Buy Order Offset

If your orders aren't getting filled, you can tell your bot to trade more liquid equities or you can adjust those two settings.
